Nasal polyps are benign, swollen tissues in the nose that cause congestion and snoring. Polyps can become severe enough to require surgery if medication and nasal sprays do not reduce them. Nasal Polyp removal is performed in the office under local anesthetic.

The procedure is painless and recovery in most cases is rapid. Patients should be aware that polyps may develop into a chronic condition that will require additional procedures in the future.
