How do I know if I have Acute Sinusitis?

In a recent online survey performed by the AAFA, 51% of the participants self-diagnosed their symptoms as being allergy-related when many of the individuals were actually suffering from acute sinusitis which is a viral or bacterial infection of the nose. If your allergies are not going away, or keep returning, you should contact your physician or a Breathe ENT specialist for a professional diagnosis and treatment plan. Also be aware that if you recently suffered from allergies or from a cold, it is not uncommon for acute sinusitis to develop.
